As the M series enters its third year we have released this, the third model in the "family". The first of a new generation of Microns the MMXR incorporates an integral FM radio transmitter that allows a signal to be received on the remote unit up to and in excess of 200 metres range. Featuring an eight-position sensitivity control and a four-magnet roller wheel combination that indicates the smallest line movement. The MMXR for its size is packed full of features including an out off range test facility, "See saw effect" elimination feature, pre-set unique ID code and many

• Custom Remote Sensing Featuring a brand new five-minute range test facility, the RX allows the user to establish the alarm's range and to 'customise' performance of his remote system in an individual swim! Atmospheric conditions and the presence of large obstructions will affect the performance of all remote systems but with the RX, potential 'trouble' spots can be quickly identified, allowing optimum positioning of rods and remote and safe knowledge of the exact range of the system on a particular day in the swim being fished. When activated, the unit sends an intermittent signal while the angler walks to a particular area; as long as the test signal can be picked up , you are within range. Moreover, the 'test facility' is so smart that if a run occurs during the test period, the RX automatically changes to standard operational mode.

Micron PSR MKII

For the times when you are likely to have difficulty hearing your alarms, at night or in rough weather for example, we have developed this new product. Designed with an inbuilt digital transmitter which is compatible with the RX3 Digital Receiver.

Registers both forward and drop back takes while the unique pressure release switch ensures the alarm tone disengages when the rod is lifted from the rest.

Other features include a Mercury tilt action switch, volume control, an illuminated indicator head which lights up on a take or drop back, bright red Led, a light reactive red sight head, unique pulsing tone, non-slip rubber inlay rod rest, adjustable line clip, Betalight slot, interchangeable Led lens colours and four sizes of lead retaining bankstick clips.
