Bag Mix

Designed to attract from the lake/river bed to the surface and beyond. When the mix breaks down it releases Crustacean meals and Plankton which drift upwards mimicking a natural fly hatch.

Because of their varying bouyancies, these particles rise, fall and suspend themselves at varying levels throughout the water, to be carried on any current or undertow, creating a 'corridor' of attraction.

The mixture utilises some of our most successful ingredients on a groundbait type base. Plus The Bag Mix lends itself perfectly to carrying flavours, additives and 'Pot Shots'.

The Bag Mix can be used as hookbaits by making boilies with the mix or by encapsulating it in paste form.

Chemistry at school was only interesting because it allowed me to play around with some of the signals we put into carp baits. How did they behave during boiling? What happened to them in different water temperatures? When it came to catching carp I wanted to know what my bait was doing and why I was catching.

From that interest the Mixmasters were born, additives designed to work for you no matter how limited your time, how low the water temperature or how long a bait is boiled for. Take the Ester range for example, the mighty E12, Strawberry, Cream, Pineapple and Pear of Bananas. All are made from refined alcohols with boiling points higher than water so they don't boil out in the pan, and being thinner than water they dissipate throughout a swim to encourage carp to feed .

Growler Juice Tiger Nut Extract 500ml

This one I could rave about all day. All the goodness of a tiger nut without the crunch. Growler Juice is a refined version of the sweet sticky liquid that is given off by tigers after cooking. In other words, the stuff that attracts the fish to the nut.

Even a small amount turns large volumes of water milky. This, in turn, leads to frenzied carp activity which 'spreads' the juices even further. End result, no sleep! Particularly effective when added (with water) to the Bag Mix.

Plus, you can pour it into a PVA bag and you won't melt the bag! And for waters with a tiger nut ban? Easy tiger!

'Slayer' Enhanced Salmon Oil 250ml

Salmon oil has long been recognised as the fish oil to use during the warmer months. Thanks go to our mates at Premier baits, whose knowledge on fishmeal type baits is second to none. The boys supply us with the finest salmon oil available and we add our own 'touch' to make sure it not only works as it comes up through the water but also in the baited area's lower levels.

Slayer can be used in a bait, as a dip/soak and as a great Bag Mix additive.
